We are thrilled to welcome Amber Jones as our newest Serenade Heights employee serving as a Development Associate. Amber is a previous resident parent, a Serenade Heights alumna, and a Habitat for Humanity beneficiary.

Together with her son Trenton, Amber finished our two-year Serenade Heights program in 2020. She went back to Kennesaw State University during the program to receive her Magna cum laude in Fundraising and Leadership degree. Amber is dedicated to supporting moms in our program and expanding the ministry by cultivating ties with donors. She said, "My aim is to progress Serenade Heights and the kingdom of God. My life was revolutionized in the program, and I came out with a greater relationship with God, a stronger friendship with Jesus, and a really clear sense of who I am.

That develops the moms we have in the software on its own. We can make immeasurable changes in the lives of these women the more money we have and the more individuals that surround this hamlet. A mother's life is where everything changes at this point. Where people experience love, a sense of God, and encouragement! "?

Eight years of experience working with nonprofits, volunteering, and public speaking are brought by Amber. She is happy the Lord brought her full circle, even if her primary responsibilities will be developing relationships with Serenade Heights' wonderful supporters, applying for grants, and attending fundraising events. With an unwavering enthusiasm for single moms and the need for them to understand that they don't have to travel this path alone, she returns to Serenade Heights.
