Even the most powerful superheroes require a sidekick. Our facilities dog Uno is delighted to accompany Macey while she recovers from surgery.

Following a diagnosis of hypoplastic left heart syndrome at birth, Macey sought treatment at Children's. She underwent many operations to assist her heart become more stable before getting a heart transplant. She is currently recovering with her favorite sidekick.
